Very small room the first day

location,staff,silence,all are good. The breakfast was a little bit poor for the money.

Staff were helpful and organised and spoke fluent English. Location was great. Room was fairly basic, but was bigger than we were expecting in Venice.

The location is just perfect-between San Marco and Realto. The room is comfortable.

I had a very nice stay at S. Lio Tourist House and I will gladly recommend it to any visitor of Venice.

The location was excellent and the price was reasonable.

The room itself was clean, but the carpet on the two flights of stairs up to the rooms in the open air courtyard was extremely moldy. As someone with mold allergies, I had allergy problems the entire stay.

Very reasonably priced room, comfortable and clean in a really great central location and easily navigated thanks to the great emails and direction instructions.

The mirror in the room is no way near the electric points so as a female it was not ideal for drying hair etc and i moved the mirror only to have it removed from the room and it was hard to negotiate its return!

it's like you rent small appartment in very convinient part of city, and you don't need to see anyone when you enter or leaving - which is just what I like

Location was fantastic 2 mins from relato bridge and 5 mins from St Marks square. Easy to find, watch the video and it feels strangely like you have been there already!! Not cheap but affordable by Venice standards!!

Smelt a bit damp, a guess everywhere does when you are surrounded by so much water. Air con stopped working on last night and we nearly cooked in our beds. Shame otherwise I would have given it a 'good' rating for comfort. Also shower was miniscule. Would recommend if they fix the aircon.

Good Hotel and good location as well. The Receptionist was friendly and helpful In the first night the ac was hot but in the early morning on second day they coming and fix it.

Checking in somewhere else -a pain. Needed to upgrade to get a bigger room- felt a bit cheated about real price

Easy to reach with the boat bus.

The bathroom had a shower cabinet in which one hardly fitted. The entire enclosure is useless and just to remove it entirely and hang a shower curtain would create a large enough space.

Location - close to all Venice attractions.

Location is ok. But there is problem with hotel. Because they have 2 hotels with different name and in the san lio tourıst house there is no reception. So if you go in the nights to the venice, it is quite difficult to fınd another hotel. Because venice is complex city and has narrow streets. ıF you wanna ask someone to the adress, few people know. So ı suggest that they should fınd any receptionist as soon as possible. And also we were 2 girls in the night in venice. !!!! nobody didnt come to pick us up, they arent helpful !!!

There is nooooo receptionist in the san lio tourist housee.
